We are a subsidiary of Siemens Healthineers and tirol kliniken. Through our affiliation with one of the largest medical technology groups, we are internationally active and distribute our products worldwide. At the same time, we have a regional connection and a direct link to medical care in Tyrol through tirol kliniken (association of Tyrolean hospitals).

 

We are 125 people from different countries and cultures. What unites us is the joy of our work and the sense of purpose behind it – being able to help shape and improve healthcare every day. In addition to product development, we support our customers from the planning to the implementation stage and beyond. With our professional expertise, our knowledge of healthcare workflows and processes as well as our many years of experience in the field of clinical information systems, medical data archiving and cross-institutional networking, we assist with implementation and training concepts, and offer support during continuing operations and release upgrades.

eHealth Solutions

Our eHealth Solutions product line supports the creation of healthcare networks and connects healthcare providers to enable successful cross-institutional collaboration.

 

Our applications facilitate close collaboration and communication between healthcare professionals and their patients. They help achieve better and faster results, enable healthcare providers to increase productivity, and empower patients to actively participate in their own healthcare.

 

eHealth Solutions is an integral part of the Austrian Electronic Health Record (ELGA). The Swiss Electronic Patient Dossier (EPD) or the Electronic Health Dossier (EGD) in Liechtenstein are also based on our product. We support these projects with our software and with our years of experience in the field of health IT.

syngo.share

Our syngo.share product line is a powerful medical documentation management system with long-term archiving functionality. With syngo.share, medical imaging and multimedia data can be captured, stored, viewed and distributed across departments within a healthcare organization. In this way, syngo.share supports comprehensive medical documentation and allows healthcare providers to construct a complete picture of their patients.

 

For our parent company Siemens Healthineers, we supply syngo.share as an essential part of the product portfolio in the field of intelligent imaging and processing.

 

Some of our installations are among the largest and most advanced long-term archiving and data management solutions in Europe.

CIS-related services

Our experts in the field of CIS support our co-owner, tirol kliniken, in the operation, maintenance and further expansion of the clinical information system.

 

A CIS is the heart of IT-supported patient care in a hospital or hospital group such as tirol kliniken. All patient contacts as well as medical data such as diagnoses, findings and doctors' letters are recorded in the CIS.

 

For tirol kliniken, we carry out the project-oriented implementation and adaptation of the hospital information system. In addition, we offer the following services: Adaptation of the standard CIS software, implementation of special requirements, technical and organizational integration into the IT landscape, training, automated system monitoring as well as error analysis and correction. All of this is aimed at ensuring the highly available operation of the clinical information system, guaranteeing the smooth day-to-day work of thousands of hospital employees and thus supporting patient care at tirol kliniken.
