ELGA GoLive in Austria
The electronic health record (ELGA) started in Styria and Vienna on 09 th December 2015. As a first step findings and discharge letters are available for hospitals and later as well for physicians and other health service provider. The patient will be the center around his data and is able to see his data and control access rights. By this important information will be available online for physicians immediately which will increase the quality of the patient treatement.
ITH icoserve technology for healthcare supports this project by networking components for both areas Styria and Vienna. This connects the health facilities of both federal states and makes all data available - secure and fast.
