Our history started in 1998 with the establishment of the company and the goal to implement a new trendsetting and worldwide unique clinical information system at the University Clinics in Innsbruck. In the meantime, this clinical information system has already been applied in practice for several years in one of the worldwide largest installations and our employees had the opportunity to complete projects with the leading clinical information systems all over the world.As subsidiary of the global corporation Siemens AG and of the hospital operator TILAK Tiroler Landeskrankenanstalten GmbH, we integrated in the network of a global market leader of the healthcare sector and are still as close as possible to the operator of several hospitals.In 2007, the company merged with the TILAK subsidiary icoserve, which considerably expanded our portfolio with the archiving solution icoserve AIM.But there was more to come: In 2008, we added the healthcare network solution sense - smart eHealth solutions to our product portfolio, which had emerged from a research project and which has, combined with the clinical information systems and icoserve AIM, turned our into company into one of the most comprehensive providers for virtual electronic patient records and the electronic health records. Of course, we are working already today for the future of the healthcare sector: Innovative research projects in the field of eHealth, locating and alarming and resource optimization play a considerable role in our business activities.
